Â The fundraising goal for this yearâs event is $750,000 dollars, aiming to raise $50,000 over the record amount generated by diners in 2011 in support of our community.

Â Book early and be flexible; remember that popular places fill up fast and that smaller groups are often easier to seat. Dining out on a weeknight during off-peak evenings like Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday may also help ensure a prime table and time slot. Â Look for the many restaurants extending their participation by one or even two full weeks â" through August 26 or even September 2 â" opening up additional reservation opportunities.

Extending the tradition of KRLD Restaurant Weekâs tasty three-course prix fixe dinners priced at only $35 per person (tax, tip and drinks billed separately), diners can also now satisfy their hunger for a fabulous mid-day meal. To celebrate 15 years of fine dining, consumers can test-drive theÂ newÂ Cadillac Lunch Experience sponsored by Oak Farms DairyÂ in 2012. Spotlighting some of North Texasâ hottest lunch locales, 35 select establishments will also feature a special three-course lunch menu for just $25 a person (tax, tip and drinks billed separately) during their participation in KRLD Restaurant Week.
