Dallas police say the people who abducted a man at an ATM in Oak Lawn may have abducted and robbed another man the day before.

Police on Friday released surveillance photos of two of the four people that were captured by cameras in the parking lot of the Bank of America on Cedar Springs.

Investigators said the people abducted 43-year-old Rudolph Dinwoodie at gunpoint and forced him into the back of his car late Monday night. They bound him with handcuffs, duct tape and zip ties and drove him to ATMs around Dallas and Irving.

They eventually dumped him in an empty field, still bound at the arms and legs

NBC 5 has learned there was a similar robbery Sunday at an apartment complex on Starlight Road in Northwest Dallas.

The victim told police that three people grabbed him by the neck, put a shirt over his face and forced him into the back of a car. They drove him to a Jack in the Box with an ATM out front and ordered him to get out and get cash.

He took off running.

Anyone with information on the cases is asked to call Detective Scoggins in the Dallas Police Department’s Robbery Unit at 214-671-3658 or 214-671-3584.
